Eye Shadow Application Tips
Double up on your eye shadow and you have an eyeliner!
Get yourself a fine point brush (an angled or square flat eyeliner brush would also work)
Pick out you favourite shade of Mineral eye shadow, that would double as a sexy, sultry eyeliner as well as your water .
Scoop the size of a match head of Mineral powder into the lid of your eye shadow (in your palm works too) add only 1 tiny DROP
water to the powder mix until smooth. Apply to lids and base of eye as you would liquid eyeliner.
